Successful SectorsConstruction
Andrew Russell-Day from Amazon is leading the way with a number of key construction clients and contractors rolling out in-person, on-site training and support across their projects after a successful pilot. This will include a range of toolbox talks, 1-1 sessions and Champion Training for leaders, managers, supervisors and key employees. This will also include implementing R;pple's life saving technology on personal devices (laptops and tablets) as-well as via wi-fi networks. The technology intercepts harmful online searches and instead gives messages of hope and links to immediate support. So far 31 people have come forward to say they are still with us today because of R;pple's technology being there at their most vulnerable time. Other key organisations involved in this include Lighthouse Charity, Lendlease, Kier Group, Mace, Costain, Henry Boot, Goodman, Robertson Construction (Eastern), Federation of Master Builders, Gallagher Group, Construction Health & Wellbeing and the Construction Health Network. Sport Financial Wellbeing Within Sport is a not for profit community interest group created to link and improve financial wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention for all those connected to Sport. They are currently piloting FinWELL's financial education and wellbeing training and digital tools to help young players, ex-players, their families and staff build healthier relationships with money. R;pple's Suicide Prevention technology is already being used within the Academy at West Ham United and has also been implemented via the wi-fi network at their stadium in London.
