We've created the ongoing #FWM UK Financial Wellbeing Strategy to help your company support your people by linking money, mental health and suicide prevention. We want less talk and more action so will be tracking progress and measuring impact over the next 12 months with our focus on five key areas which are financial resilience, inspiring leaders, empowering women, successful sectors and men's health and money. Five Key Areas of Focus
Financial ResilienceData from the #FinancialWellbeingMonth Employers Guide (from FinWELL Training) demonstrates the huge need to improve financial resilience for all employees at all workplaces.
We have a dedicated workshop around workplace savings in April and will use this as a spring board to encourage employers of all sizes and sectors to implement schemes to empower employees to reduce debt, build emergency funds and start saving for the their futures. Successful SectorsFinancial wellbeing, mental health and suicide prevention has an impact on us all however we have learnt that there are some unique challenges, concerns and indeed risks associated with specific sectors and industry's.
